Do I have to pay a deposit to reserve a bowling ball?

No. Reserving online costs nothing and takes no payment. We confirm the ball, the weight and the timing by phone first, and you pay in the shop when it arrives.

Can you order a ball that is not listed on the site?

Yes. The site lists the current Storm, Roto Grip and 900 Global catalogue because that is what we stock most of, but we are not a Storm-only shop. We can order other major bowling brands as well, plus balls announced but not yet released. Name what you want on the form and we will source it.

How soon can I get a new release?

As a Storm VIP shop, new releases reach us early. Reserve before a drop and yours comes out of the first shipment rather than a restock.

We check the weight you need against what our rep can get, and tell you honestly when it will land. No deposit is taken online.

It gets drilled here

When it arrives we fit and drill it to your layout before you take it home. Reserved balls jump the queue on drilling.
